The Ask

We welcome more than 7,000 guests every November. That takes hundreds of volunteers — from Friday setup through Saturday teardown. Sign up for a role, or ask what's needed and we'll find a fit.

Under 18? You're welcome with a parent. High school service-hour requirements are honored.

Guest Services

Greet visitors, answer questions, and help everyone find their way.

Hospitality

Serve breakfast, coffee and the veterans lunch. Keep our heroes taken care of.

Veteran Escort

Assist elderly and disabled veterans throughout the grounds.

Setup & Teardown

Friday setup and Saturday cleanup — the backbone of the event.

Aircraft Line Support

Help crowd control near static displays and assist crews during flying operations.

Family Zone

Run kids' activities, hand out flags, keep the family area humming.
